Seller and scope

These terms govern purchases at nexaelectronics.eu by consumers, natural persons acting mainly outside their trade or profession.

Products and prices

Before ordering, you receive characteristics, condition, included accessories, compatibility, availability, safety information, the legal guarantee, delivery restrictions and total price. Images do not override the written description.

Consumer prices are in euros, with legally due taxes and mandatory charges. Delivery and selected extras are disclosed before purchase; paid extras require express selection. An obvious error may be corrected before acceptance, but we never charge a corrected amount without your express agreement.

Ordering and contract formation

You select products, review the basket and correct your details. Collection at Saint-Gilles has a delivery cost of €0. For delivery, the first submission is a non-binding quotation request, with no charge and no paid order. After confirming method, cost and timing, Nexa sends a new checkout or Stripe link with products, delivery and the final total.

You accept these terms and complete the order using the Order with obligation to pay button. An electronic acknowledgement represents acceptance only if it expressly says so. The contract is accepted when Nexa sends express acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or begins performance.

Before acceptance, we may refuse for genuine reasons such as unavailability, legal restrictions, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or an unverifiable address. After acceptance, we fulfil the order, subject to lawful grounds or a serious impediment. Any captured payment for a cancelled order is promptly returned.

Payment

Stripe is the sole online payment integration. Eligible methods appear at checkout and vary by transaction; any third-party provider’s terms are presented in that flow. No specific method is promised.

You authorise the displayed total and may need additional authentication. An order is treated as paid only after valid Stripe confirmation. Nexa does not store full card numbers or security codes and does not add a surcharge for ordinary consumer credit or debit cards.

Refunds normally return to the original method through Stripe, subject to bank or provider processing time.

Delivery and risk

Unless another period is agreed, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after contract conclusion. We do not add undisclosed delivery charges after payment.

Risk remains with Nexa until you or your designated third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession. The exception is a carrier you independently commission that Nexa did not offer.

Provide a complete address and reasonable access. Failures caused by incorrect information or repeated unavailability may lead only to reasonable, previously disclosed additional costs. The Delivery policy explains delays and statutory remedies.

Withdrawal and returns

For qualifying distance purchases, you normally have 14 days to withdraw without a reason. For goods, the period begins on receipt by you or your designated third party; split or recurring deliveries have specific rules. Send a clear statement to returns@nexaelectronics.eu; the text template on the Withdrawal page is optional.

After notifying us, return the goods within 14 days. You bear direct return costs only if informed before purchase. We refund the price and the least expensive standard delivery within 14 days after notice, but may wait for the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever comes first.

Inspection equivalent to what is possible in a shop is permitted. Handling beyond what is necessary may create liability for diminished value. Opening ordinary electronics packaging does not remove the right. Legal exceptions include personalised goods and sealed goods genuinely unsuitable for health or hygiene returns after opening; the exception is narrow. See the Returns policy.

Legal guarantee and safety

Nexa, as seller, is responsible for the legal guarantee of conformity. New goods carry 24 months. Used goods also carry 24 months by default; a period of 12 to 23 months applies only if disclosed and agreed in writing before purchase.

Subject to legal conditions, you may request free repair or replacement and, where applicable, a proportionate price reduction or termination with a refund. Any manufacturer’s commercial warranty is additional and does not replace Nexa’s responsibility. You do not have to contact the manufacturer first.

Follow instructions, warnings and recalls. Stop using a potentially unsafe product and contact support@nexaelectronics.eu. Do not send a dangerous battery without guidance.

Liability and data

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or injury caused by negligence, defective products, breach of mandatory rights or liability that the law does not permit limiting.

Nexa is not responsible for loss caused solely by use contrary to instructions, unauthorised modification, failure to install required updates or incompatibility clearly disclosed before purchase, subject to statutory responsibilities.

Data is processed under the Privacy Policy. Order and quotation messages are service communications; marketing follows a separate lawful basis and choice under the Marketing policy.

Complaints and applicable law

Complain to support@nexaelectronics.eu with your order number and requested resolution. We aim to acknowledge receipt within two business days and respond within 14 calendar days; complex cases may require more time, with an explanation and update. The Complaints page provides mediation options.

Belgian law applies without removing mandatory protections for EU consumers in their habitual residence. Competent courts and qualified out-of-court bodies remain available. The version accepted for an order governs that order. An invalid provision is adjusted or severed only within legal limits, while the remainder continues.
