Transparent terms for campaigns offered by Nexa.
Conditions and reference prices
Each promotion identifies products, eligibility, territory, start and end times, genuine stock limits and material exclusions. We do not use false urgency or scarcity.
When we announce a reduction, the reference price is normally the lowest price Nexa applied to that product in the preceding 30 days, subject to statutory exceptions.
Where a coupon is offered
A code applies only during the stated period and to the specified products or orders. Unless expressly stated otherwise, one coupon applies per order and cannot be combined with another promotion. Coupons have no cash value and do not reduce delivery or excluded charges unless stated.
Returns are refunded at the net amount actually paid, with the discount fairly allocated across items. We may block abuse or automated code exploitation without arbitrarily cancelling legitimate orders.
Stock, errors and disclosures
Stock limits are disclosed in advance. We correct material errors transparently; if an order cannot be fulfilled, we promptly explain and return captured amounts.
Commercial relationships and sponsored recommendations must be identified. Any benefit for a review must not depend on a positive rating and must be disclosed. Campaign-specific terms supplement this policy and cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.
