Payments and billing
Online payments processed through Stripe, with methods shown at checkout.
Available methods
Stripe is Nexa’s sole online payment integration. Methods appear dynamically based on the transaction, enabled settings, country, device, currency and amount. A method is available only when it appears at checkout for that purchase.
When Stripe offers a third-party method, its terms are presented within that flow. We do not promise a particular method or publish a fixed provider list.
Authorisation and confirmation
You authorise the displayed total before completing your order. Stripe may request additional authentication or redirect you to the payment provider. Payment is confirmed only after Nexa receives valid confirmation from Stripe.
The browser return page alone does not prove payment. Where confirmation takes time, the order remains pending until Stripe reports success.
Security and billing
Sensitive payment details are sent directly to Stripe. Nexa does not store full card numbers or security codes. Never send passwords or authentication codes by email or WhatsApp.
Prices are in euros. We do not add a surcharge for ordinary consumer credit or debit cards. Any exceptional fee permitted by law must be disclosed before payment and cannot exceed actual processing costs.
The confirmation and invoice identify Nexa, the products, total, delivery, discounts, applicable tax treatment and payment status. The number 1038.188.723 is identified as an enterprise number.
Failures, refunds and disputes
A transaction may be declined, cancelled or reviewed for authentication, technical, legal or fraud reasons. Report duplicate or unexplained charges to support@nexaelectronics.eu with your order reference, without full card details.
Refunds normally go through Stripe to the original method. Posting time depends on your bank or provider. A chargeback does not replace contacting us about returns or the legal guarantee; we may provide necessary order and delivery evidence to the provider, respecting data-protection rules.
