Permitted use and security

Use the site lawfully without harming Nexa, other customers or third parties. Provide accurate support and order information and report suspected unauthorised access. Nexa may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.

Prohibited conduct

Do not introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities, bypass access controls or interfere with availability. Automated or bulk extraction is permitted only within the law or Nexa’s authorisation.

Do not impersonate others, place fraudulent orders, send abusive communications or exploit promotions improperly. Do not use content or product data to mislead consumers or infringe intellectual-property rights.

Information, content and third parties

We work to keep information accurate and access secure, but maintenance, failures and third-party services may affect availability. An interruption does not remove mandatory rights or accepted orders.

Original Nexa content is protected by intellectual-property law; product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Third-party services, such as Stripe, carriers and WhatsApp, have their own terms and privacy information where relevant.

Reporting and applicable law

Report security issues, unlawful content or infringement to support@nexaelectronics.eu with enough information to investigate. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with competent authorities.

Belgian law applies, subject to mandatory protections. Product purchases are separately governed by the Terms of Sale.
