Sales to other EU countries
Shop access, delivery quotations and rights for cross-border purchases.
Access and delivery
Customers may access the Belgian shop without unjustified discrimination based on EU nationality or residence. This does not require Nexa to deliver to every country. Collection at Saint-Gilles is available; deliveries require a destination- and product-specific quotation before the final order and payment.
You choose the language. If country versions are introduced, there will be no automatic redirection without consent. Genuine transport differences and local requirements may affect delivery cost.
Payment and taxes
Stripe displays methods eligible for the transaction. We do not refuse an otherwise accepted eligible payment merely because the payment account or nationality is from another EU Member State, subject to lawful authentication, fraud-prevention and territorial conditions.
Tax treatment and invoices follow legislation and Nexa’s current registrations, through the verified accounting configuration. 1038.188.723 is presented as an enterprise number.
Products and rights
Sales into a destination depend on meeting safety, labelling, EU responsible-person, language, battery and transport requirements. Objective restrictions are disclosed in the quotation before purchase.
After confirming the delivery method, cost and estimate, we present products, delivery and total in a new checkout or Stripe link. Mandatory withdrawal and conformity rights apply, including habitual-residence protections that a Belgian-law clause cannot displace. Returns account for battery safety and destination logistics.
A non-EU destination is served only when expressly available; customs, tax, import and return obligations must be explained before purchase, without shifting undisclosed charges to consumers.
