Product safety
Safety information, traceability, incidents and recalls.
Information in the offer
The offer must identify the manufacturer and postal and electronic contacts; for a manufacturer outside the EU, it must also identify the EU responsible person and contacts. It must show an image, model or other identifier and necessary safety warnings in a language understood at the destination.
A CE marking alone does not replace the safety information required in the offer. Nexa verifies supplier and product information appropriate to its role, preserves instructions and labels and monitors safety alerts.
Report an incident
Immediately report overheating, electric shock, fire, smoke, swelling batteries, leakage, injury or another risk to support@nexaelectronics.eu or +32492688871. Stop using and disconnect the product if safe. Do not send a dangerous battery without instructions.
We use only personal data necessary for investigation and inform the manufacturer, importer and authorities where required.
Recalls and safe use
If goods are unsafe or non-compliant, Nexa may stop sales, notify identifiable customers, publish a recall and arrange repair, replacement or refund, cooperating with authorities. Safety notices are not marketing and remain necessary after advertising is declined.
Follow instructions and alerts, use compatible chargers and accessories and install necessary safety updates. Do not use a damaged battery. Misuse does not remove responsibilities that the law assigns to Nexa.
