Your data-protection rights
How to request access, correction and other GDPR rights.
Available rights
You may request access and a copy, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction of processing and portability of eligible data. You may object to legitimate-interest processing and absolutely object to direct marketing, as well as withdraw consent.
Where the right relating to significant solely automated decisions applies, you may request human review and contest them.
How to make a request
Write to privacy@nexaelectronics.eu or Nexa Electronics SRL, Rue Théodore Verhaegen 43, 1060 Saint-Gilles, Belgium. No special form is required.
Provide your name, contact details, requested right, relevant order or interaction, scope or period, and preferred accessible format or language. We request only what is necessary to verify identity; do not email a full identity document without secure, proportionate guidance. Representatives may need to prove identity and authority.
Timing and costs
We normally respond within one month after receiving a complete, verified request. The law may permit up to two additional months for complexity or volume, with notice during the first month.
Requests are normally free. A reasonable fee or refusal applies only where permitted by law, such as manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
Limits and complaints
Other people’s rights, legal retention, protected privilege, fraud prevention or another lawful exception may limit a request. We explain any limitation or refusal and how to complain.
You may contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
