Orders and cancellation
What order statuses mean and how to request a change.
Order statuses
Received: electronic acknowledgement; it represents acceptance only if the message expressly says so. Payment pending: Stripe has not yet reported success. Confirmed: Nexa has accepted the order.
Preparing or dispatched: fulfilment has begun or the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Cancelled or refunded: the order will not be fulfilled and any captured amount will be returned. A delivery-quotation request is not a paid order.
Cancellation and changes
To request cancellation before dispatch, contact support@nexaelectronics.eu as soon as possible. We will try to stop fulfilment, but intercepting a dispatched parcel may not be possible. Statutory withdrawal rights remain for qualifying online purchases.
Address, product or delivery changes require Nexa confirmation. A material address or amount change may require cancellation and a new Stripe checkout for security.
Stock, acceptance and security
Stock information may be affected by simultaneous sales, damage or supplier error. Before acceptance, Nexa may refuse for a genuine reason and promptly refunds any captured amount. After acceptance, it fulfils the order unless a serious impediment or lawful ground permits cancellation.
Reasonable quantity limits and proportionate, non-discriminatory checks may apply. Payment confirmation does not require shipment of unlawful, recalled, export-restricted or fraudulently ordered goods.
