Security and fraud prevention
Payment protection, personal precautions and incident reporting.
Protection and payments
Nexa applies technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk, including access control, connection protection, backups, updates and incident handling. Public descriptions do not expose details that weaken security.
Sensitive payment details are collected by Stripe. Nexa does not store full card numbers or security codes. Additional authentication may be required, and confirmation depends on payment status reported by Stripe.
Proportionate fraud review
Nexa and Stripe may evaluate transaction, order, address, device and network signals to detect fraud and abuse. An order may be held for review, declined or cancelled, with proportionate human review where needed.
Any request for additional identity or delivery evidence must be necessary, secure and limited. We never ask you to send a card security code, password or one-time authentication code. Where the law provides this right, you may request human review of a significant solely automated decision.
Precautions and contact
Protect your email and device, use unique passwords and check the nexaelectronics.eu domain and HTTPS connection. Do not share passwords, one-time codes or full card details through WhatsApp or email.
Report suspicious messages, duplicate payments or unknown orders to support@nexaelectronics.eu. For an incident involving personal data, use privacy@nexaelectronics.eu.
Nexa investigates and contains incidents, preserves necessary evidence and notifies affected people and authorities where legally required. Records are kept for a proportionate period.
