Consumer prices are in euros and include applicable taxes and mandatory charges where legally due. Delivery and any selected extra are disclosed before ordering. We do not add undisclosed administration, file or handling charges at the final step.
Collection at Saint-Gilles has a delivery cost of €0. For delivery, request a non-binding quotation; Nexa presents products, delivery and the total in a new checkout or Stripe link before payment. No paid extra is selected without your express choice.
Identity and taxes
Nexa Electronics SRL — enterprise number 1038.188.723. This identifier is presented as an enterprise number. Tax treatment at checkout and on invoices follows the verified accounting configuration.
Where a tax is due, the consumer price includes it and the invoice contains the required information. Where a lawful treatment without that tax applies, the invoice does not invent a tax amount.
Errors and price changes
An obvious and genuine display error may be corrected before order acceptance. We explain the issue and offer purchase at the corrected price or cancellation. We never unilaterally charge more than you accepted.
Later price changes do not alter accepted orders. Announced reductions follow the Promotions policy. If automated personalised pricing or a currency-conversion choice is offered, information and any costs will be disclosed before purchase as required by law.
