Description and categories
Condition forms part of the description before purchase. Item-specific photographs or notes supplement a category where material. A category does not reduce the legal guarantee beyond what the law permits and was expressly agreed.
New and sealed: unused, with seal and packaging condition disclosed. New and unsealed: unused, opened for inspection, display or verification, with the reason and accessories disclosed. Open box: may have been handled or briefly tested, with condition and missing items described.
Refurbished: previously used, inspected, tested and, where needed, repaired or reset, with the refurbisher and process disclosed when known. Used: stated functions tested, with cosmetic condition, battery and known defects disclosed. Demo: display use, wear, battery and included items described. The applicable category is the one stated in the offer.
Information for each device
The offer states model, colour, capacity, relevant identifier, cosmetic condition, functional tests, known defects and limitations. It also identifies charger, cable, accessories, manuals, packaging and activation-lock, network-lock or account status where relevant.
Battery health is disclosed where technically available and meaningful, with measurement method and date, or a statement that it is unavailable. A percentage is an observation, not a promise of future endurance. Earlier opening or repair may affect water resistance; a used or repaired device is not described as waterproof without supporting evidence.
Software, accessories and legal guarantee
Used devices are reset and checked for activation locks before sale. You manage account setup, compatible services and later updates. Compatible or third-party accessories are identified and not presented as original manufacturer accessories.
New goods carry a 24-month legal guarantee. Used goods also carry 24 months by default; a shorter period of 12 to 23 months applies only when disclosed and agreed in writing before purchase.
An undisclosed defect or materially inaccurate grade may be a lack of conformity. It is not dismissed as normal wear merely because the device is used. Contact support@nexaelectronics.eu.
